Events — Payment & Booking Confirmation

Event tickets require 100% payment at checkout. Trip deposit and instalment rules do not apply.

Early Bird tickets are limited. Ticket prices increase as inventory is committed. A booking crossing a price tier includes the applicable price for each ticket. Any valid code discount applies to tickets only; booking fees are shown separately. The exact total is reserved before payment and saved with the booking. All mandatory fees are shown before payment.

Pay through the official Paymob checkout or the official InstaPay / Vodafone Cash transfer details shown on this website. Manual transfers and uploaded receipts require verification that the funds have arrived. A receipt alone is not verified payment.

A booking reference or payment receipt is not an entry ticket. Final confirmation is issued only after full payment is verified and Planet Infinity reviews the booking. Door selection applies; confirmed reservations do not guarantee admission.

Men: 21+. Women: 18+. Admission is for mixed groups, couples, or women-only groups. Bring an original valid physical ID and an issued electronic ticket. Costumes are encouraged. Follow venue rules and security instructions, and respect guests, artists and staff.

Tickets and booking fees are non-refundable and tickets are non-transferable, including for changes of plans, non-attendance or refusal through selection. Nothing in these terms limits rights or refunds required by applicable law.

The exact location and arrival instructions will be sent to confirmed guests one day before the event. Provide accurate contact details and contact Planet Infinity if the information has not arrived before travelling.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, Planet Infinity will contact affected guests with the arrangements and any remedies required by applicable law. Event-specific terms govern events; trip policies continue to govern trips.
